With FacilityONE®, creating and managing both corrective and preventative maintenance work orders has never been easier. The Work Order Management System (WOMS) allows you to schedule preventative maintenance (PM) work orders and assign them to specific staff members as needed. The completion of each PM is attached to the Device Notebook for that particular asset, so that records can be easily accessed directly from the SmartPrint in addition to the WOMS.

The WOMS allows end users to create corrective work orders using a simple, web-based form, which are then delivered to maintenance technicians via email or SMS (text message). Each time a work order has been assigned, updated, or closed out, the end-user is notified via email. This closed loop of communication is critical in ensuring the completion of the task at hand, and complete customer satisfaction. The WOMS can track key performance metrics to ensure that your facility’s management staff is operating at peak efficiency.
