At the core of FacilityONE® is the Document module, which is built upon FacilityONE’s leading-edge SmartPrint® technology. The SmartPrint is an intuitive, graphical interface based upon your facility’s blueprints. The original CAD drawings form a static background layer for the SmartPrint, and your building’s assets (such as chillers, boilers, electrical panels, transformers, etc.) are dropped onto a dynamic, SmartLayer. Almost everything is entered, viewed, and edited at the SmartPrint, making the system simple to operate and easy for management to understand.

On the SmartPrint, your assets are represented by dynamic icons, each of which links directly to that asset’s Device Notebook. The Device Notebook contains all of the information about a particular asset, including manufacturer’s information, device properties, attached files such as photos and manuals, and a complete work-order history. Additionally, FacilityONE can pull data from Building Automation Systems (BAS) and import that data, live, into the device notebook. From there, BAS controls can be accessed, allowing remote management of your facility.
