FacilityONE® knows that understanding the status of your facility is critical to making the right financial decisions. Through the Assess module, you can track the condition of each of your assets, predict when they will need to be repaired or replaced, and track the associated costs. To assist in making the best decisions, photographs, reports, and sound files can be attached to each condition assessment

The Decide module allows you to make financial decisions based on a number of factors. The Decide module will report on assets that are likely to fail, provide information on the criticality of those assets to your organization, and help you plan your R&M budget. The information is presented in clear, color-coded charts that are easy to read and highlight all of the important data. Click on any part of a chart or graph, and more specific, detailed information about that section will appear.

As with other parts of the FacilityONE system, the assessments can be accessed from the SmartPrint, and vice versa. The Assess and Decide modules make it easy to secure the funding you need for the projects that are critical to your organization.
